1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bitmern Solominers website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Bitmern Solominers. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Bitmern Solominers reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

4. Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

5. Orders & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately at our contact page if you need to cancel.

6. ASIC Miners — No Refund

Due to the nature of ASIC mining hardware, all sales of ASIC miners are final. No refunds will be issued once the order has been dispatched, except in cases of manufacturer defect covered under warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bitmern Solominers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of mining income, data loss, or equipment downtime.

10. Affiliate Programme

Bitmern Solominers may operate an affiliate programme. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and our programme guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate agreements at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
