Hardware warranty and the RMA process
All products sold by Bitmern Solominers are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. In addition, EU consumers have statutory rights under EU consumer law.
Warranty Claims
- Warranty claims require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) — see below for full details.
- Items must not be returned without an RMA number. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- Warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, incorrect voltage operation, or unauthorised modifications.
- Bitmern Solominers is not responsible for downtime or mining income losses during warranty repairs.

Fill out the RMA request form on our Contacts page. Do not ship any items before receiving written approval and an RMA number.
