Important Information

Dispatch: Orders are shipped primarily from Ireland. Some products ship from Hong Kong or Dubai depending on stock location — you will be notified.

EU Shipments: Bitmern Solominers handles all EU customs requirements. No additional customs fees for EU customers.

Non-EU Shipments: Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country's customs authority.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Delays: Bitmern Solominers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events. We will assist in investigation, but cannot be held liable for mining income lost during delays.
